高保祥教师

一、个人简介

高保祥,理学博士,教授,博士研究生导师。1998年7月毕业于北京理工大学高分子材料与工程专业,获工学学士学位。19988-200008月在中国乐凯胶片公司感光材料研究所工作。20009-20067月在中国科学院长春应用化学研究所高分子物理与化学国家重点实验室师从王利祥研究员,以N-型有机光电功能材料设计与性质研究为主题攻读博士学位,获得理学博士学位。20068月到河北大学化学与环境科学学院工作。到河北大学工作以来,以高性能荧光探针设计合成与生物检测成像为研究主题开展科研工作。2011年获得河北省杰出青年基金资助。2012年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划。201510-20169月获得国家留学基金委访问学者项目资助,在德国布伦瑞克工业大学生命科学联合研究中心Philip Tinnefeld教授课题组学习单分子荧光与超分辨成像技术。研究工作得到了国家自然科学基金委、河北省自然科学基金委、教育部、河北省教育厅科研项目的资助。迄今为止,在Advanced Functional MaterialsAnalytical ChemistryOrganic LettersChemical Communications等知名学术期刊发表研究论文30余篇。

目前研究工作聚焦于高稳定、高亮度、智能型荧光分子探针设计与制备;重要细胞器动态成像与功能分析;生物体系微量元素(铜、锌、铁)荧光检测与功能分析;肿瘤成像与多模式(光--化学)治疗。
